Alisha has been a Certified Personal Trainer for 4 years. Her mission has always been to help people keep moving and stay active. Functional movement and strength training are her style of training. She likes to focus on how she can help people stay pain-free and show them that they can still exercise around it and use movement to feel better both mentally and physically.

Nikki Nesta

Nikki has been a massage therapist for over 15 years. She specializes in the treatment of both chronic and acute pain and injuries. Her style incorporates a variety of modalities into each session including deep tissue, myofascial release, cupping, passive and active stretching, and swedish techniques. She prides herself on providing the highest quality care while tailoring each massage to suit the immediate needs and long term goals of each patient .

Sarah Stanton

Sarah Stanton is a Licensed Massage Therapist certified by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapy and is member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Sarah completed her massage training at East West College of the Healing Arts and focused on Trigger Point therapy and Tui Na modalities. Sarah’s desire is to help rehabilitate individuals who are dealing with pain or limited mobility. She believes that massage therapy provides effective treatment to individuals managing chronic pain or traumatic injuries and can help restore function and increase quality of life. Sarah incorporates Deep Tissue, Trigger Point therapy, Tui Na and Myofascial Release modalities into a primarily Swedish flow.

Audrey Firth

Having always enjoyed working with her hands, Audrey came naturally to massage. She trained at the East West College of the Healing Arts, and received her massage license in 2015. She maintains a deep appreciation for the holistic nature of the work, and values especially the longterm relationships she is able to build with her clients. Having grown up in Portland, Audrey is passionate about continuing to grow herself and her community here.

Through her educational and professional experience she has gained a keen appreciation for bettering the health of our patients and community in all facets. As our office manager and in-house medical biller, Maddie is your go-to gal for all questions regarding insurance treatment plans, and healthcare goals!
